- Refund Policy Unless the course is a workshop or private coaching, in which they have separate terms and conditions, no refunds can be given as the courses are fully downloadable, and once downloaded they cannot be returned. This is for the integrity of the courses.
- Programme Changes Say It Clearly reserves the right to make changes to the programme schedule, content, and instructors. Participants will be notified of any significant changes in advance.
- Intellectual Property All materials provided during the programme, including but not limited to written content, videos, and presentations, are the intellectual property of Say It Clearly. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
- Privacy Policy Say It Clearly respects participants’ privacy and is committed to protecting personal information. Personal data collected during registration will be used solely for the purposes of administering the programme.
- Liability Say It Clearly is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property that occurs during the programme. Participants engage in programme activities at their own risk.
- It is the attendee’s responsibility to practise the techniques and exercises set out in the manual to achieve the desired results and objectives.
- Say It Clearly cannot hold any responsibility to the objectives not being achieved if the techniques are not practised and instructions not followed.
- Disputes Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to New Zealand law.
6. Acceptance of Terms By enrolling and paying for the programmes. Participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
